Discussion of Top 10 Schools in Thailand

I strongly disagree with this list. I do believe that all those schools are very good schools indeed. However, I think TCIS is not at all supposed to be on that list. Over 8 years of being a part of TCIS, I think that the standards are not even average it should not be compared with those schools up there on that list. The teachers barely care about the what the students get from them and, TCIS uses a complete BYOD standard. The staff doesn't really pay much attention to what is on the student's screen which makes the students very easily distracted by the power of technology.

Great job on the list.  I know most of the schools on the list.  However, how did Regents get on that list? It is a horrible place to work.   Why is Wells not on the list?

I think you need to check the facts again!! TCIS' salary package definitely does not match up to other top 9 schools in this list. Layla is definitely right....those techy macbooks are definitely distractions for the students. You have never visited TCIS, or speak to TCIS staff (not the marketing people, not the admins) in person right?!?!

Ruamrudee International School does not need to be on this list either.  They do not pay what the other schools pay and the administration is in a shambles.

The thread on the top 10 schools in Thailand got a bit out of hand with people just chiming in to complain about schools.  We do not prohibit discussion but that thread was about the great schools in Thailand.  We are moving all of those posts to this thread.  Please feel free to continue the conversation.
